Lake Bunyonyi derives it's name from the 'Rukiga' word meaning 'a place of many small birds'.
The lakes lies nestled between the rolling hills of Kabale some 410 kms from Kampala. Our site is well signposted as you leave Kabale on the Kisoro road.
Nature's Prime Island is the closest island to the mainland landing site a mere 3 minutes by motorised canoe or 10 minutes by dugout.
Nature's Prime affords it's visitors with their own transport safe secure parking for their visit in our secure mainland parking area.
